Thank you to Clare for being so welcoming and for the great session yesterday. It was so helpful to learn more about paddling on the Thames. Looking forward to future paddles with the club! julie noelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an Improver lesson today to gain confidence on the river. Clare was amazing and made me feel instantly relaxed as I was very nervous. She expalined different scenarios, how to use the oars and when, how to turn and how tondeal woth the wind. I can't wait to join the socials and begin my new paddle boarding journey with DPB thank you!! Michael GouldenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a brilliant first lesson! First class tuition with an optional jump in the Thames at the end, which I took! Neil ColesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We took a beginners paddle boarding lesson and we had a great time. Brett (our instructor) was very friendly and clear and an excellent instructor. The equipment (board, paddle, life preserver and waist strap - that's all you need!) was all in perfect condition. After the preliminary land-based chat we were on the water and in 15 minutes or so we were all standing on our boards. After that we paddled upstream towards Hampton Court and then returned downstream (paddling against the wind!) to the club's jetty. That was plenty for first-timers! The club is located next to a pub car park (so there was plenty of parking) and after you've finished you can pop into The Albany for a refreshing/calming/warming (delete as applicable) drink. A great way to spend an Easter Saturday morning - doing exercise in a fun way. Highly recommended! G BTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brilliant day out on the river Mole. Fab organisation by Clare and a good qualified and knowledgeable bunch of ladies in charge. It was a fairly taxing day with numerous obstacles to navigate and 2 unexpected fall-ins which the ladies dealt with swiftly and calmly. Highly recommended! Ed GrayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A really fun and friendly training session in a warm pool. Ideal for anyone, from entirely new starters through to more experiences paddlers skilling up. Sue TTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I attended a pool SUP training session with Dittons Paddle Boarding as a complete beginner, and by the end of the hour, I was confidently standing on the board! The coaches were fantastic—encouraging, knowledgeable, and safety-focused (life jackets and equipment provided). An amazing experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try paddleboarding! I’m definitely planning on booking another session Anu AladinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Limehouse Loop in London with the DPB Club was a lot of fun. A great way to see London from a new perspective and experience many different waterways in one go. The club safaris are the perfect way to explore new waterways safely together with a nice group of like-minded people.
